A Royal Night of Pride

Drag stars, local legends, and community came together for Queens of Pride.

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest rolled out the red carpet for an unforgettable night of drag royalty with Queens of Pride, bringing together some of the biggest names in drag alongside an incredible lineup of local and regional talent.

Hosted by 89FM’s Dan MacDonald, the celebration featured an all-star trio of headliners: Miz Cracker from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 and All Stars, Miss Fiercalicious from Canada’s Drag Race Season 3 and Canada vs. The World Season 2, and Windsor-Essex favourite Dulce from Canada’s Drag Race Season 6.

They were joined on stage by an impressive roster of performers, including Zsa Zsa, Aria Doll, Angelina Lepore, Miss Mercury Retrograde, Vyrus, and Clawdia Noir, creating a night packed with charisma, creativity, comedy, glamour, and plenty of Pride.

Beyond the performances, Queens of Pride offered a full community experience, with more than 75 vendors, food and beverage options, activities, and a cash bar adding to the festivities. From the packed audience to the spectacular stage moments, the event showcased the incredible energy that makes Windsor-Essex Pride Fest such an important part of the local Pride season.

Queens of Pride proved to be another memorable addition to Windsor-Essex Pride Fest, bringing together international drag stars, Canada's drag talent, and some of the region's own incredible performers for a celebration that was as entertaining as it was community-focused.

From the first entrance to the final performance, the queens delivered a night filled with unforgettable looks, fierce performances, big personalities, and plenty of Pride spirit.
