Lavender Promotions Joins the Race
Lavender Promotions Expands Its Legacy with Triple Representation on Canada’s Drag Race
Dulce, Saltina Shaker, and Mya Foxx bring diverse voices—and Windsor roots—to the Drag Race main stage.
Windsor’s own Lavender Promotions is painting the map purple with pride as three queens from its talent roster—Dulce, Saltina Shaker, and Mya Foxx—have officially joined the cast of Canada’s Drag Race Season 6.
The Windsor-based talent and event management company, known for producing major drag and comedy entertainment across Canada, is celebrating a landmark moment: not one, but three of its artists will be representing Canadian drag excellence on one of the country’s most prestigious stages.
This trio of powerhouse performers showcases the depth of Lavender’s national reach—each queen hailing from a different region of Canada and bringing her own brand of charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent to the main stage.
Dulce: Windsor’s Dancing Diva with Latin Flair
Born in Mexico and raised in Windsor, Dulce is known for her electrifying dance performances, high-energy flips, and passionate representation of Latin culture. Now based in London, Ontario, she’s quickly risen to prominence across the Canadian drag circuit. Dulce’s performances blend rhythm, emotion, and movement—making her a fierce competitor ready to show the world what Windsor talent can do.
Saltina Shaker: The Viral Visionary from Ottawa
With nearly three million followers across her social platforms, Saltina Shaker is one of Canada’s most visible drag influencers. A proud disabled artist, she uses her platform to advocate for accessibility, body positivity, and disability awareness—all while keeping audiences laughing with her sharp humour and creative content. On Canada’s Drag Race, Saltina will continue proving that representation and resilience are the ultimate forms of glamour.
Mya Foxx: The East Coast’s Fierce First
Making herstory as the first-ever queen from Nova Scotia to compete on Canada’s Drag Race, Mya Foxx brings both talent and advocacy to the spotlight. A mixed Inuk artist and dynamic performer from Cape Breton, now based in Halifax, Mya blends fierce choreography, nostalgic R&B style, and powerful community activism to inspire visibility for QTBIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ voices across the Maritimes.
Together, Dulce, Saltina, and Mya embody the diversity, artistry, and spirit that define Canadian drag today—and Lavender Promotions is leading the charge in spotlighting talent from coast to coast.
For Lavender Promotions, this moment is about more than representation—it’s about rewriting the narrative of where Canadian drag comes from and where it can go next.
From Windsor to Halifax, Ottawa to London, Lavender continues to amplify the voices of drag artists who reflect the beauty, diversity, and strength of Canada’s queer community. As Season 6 of Canada’s Drag Race premieres, Windsor can proudly say it’s home to a new chapter of drag herstory—and Lavender Promotions is right at the centre of it.
